This movement by Putin is nothing but a justification to enhance his step toward dictatorship and neo-Stalinism, suppressing freedom of speech. This is a challenge against democracy and cannot be justified.
How do you know it? Do you have any evidence of Putin's intentions? What is the proof that he is not a patriot and that his reforms are not similiar to the de Gaulle's creation of the Fifth Republic?
