What's a "hazardous situation" and how can you be charged?

This isn't what the police will say, but IMO, having guns with ammunition not secured in a home with an Alzheimer patient really can be dangerous. They can be threatening and will threaten with a weapon if there's one available.

I'm not saying one would kill, but from what I've seen, it's possible.

But I'm in agreement with many on this thread that in general owning many guns is not "a hazardous situation".
