Perhaps you were paying closer attention. I don't know how it didn't get thrown out. Got a good link with a rundown? I admit i didn't follow it with my magnified glass and a law degree. From what I can tell we've got a bunch of liars accusing another liar/freak of doing something.

Don't you think that the family got smeared badly enough for the same thing to happen that did with Robert Blake? I'm thinking he'll get the alcohol deal too, just so the jury can feel they did something. I don't think the jurors are going to want to give the family any benefit because Mom is too whacked.
If he does walk, I am hoping that someone keeps the crazy SOB away from these kids, because IMO, he's never going to stop. He's gotten away with too much for too long.
