Simple solution for the Europeans:
Get religion,
Get pregnant,
Get pregnant a few more times.
How could they have been so foolish to presume that high growth, low tax countries(eastern Europe)and high tax, low growth nanny states could be managed by the same monetary policy. It seems pretty damned funny that such an enlightened group of preening elites could have gotten it so wrong.
