He's a RINO on border issues, most conservatives favor the law and order approach to the problem, not giving them amnesty as McCain, Ted Kennedy, and Sam are currently pushing.

Pet peeve and I'll say it again.

RINO=REPUBLICAN IN NAME ONLY

RINO does not = CONSERVATIVE ACROSS THE BOARD IN NAME ONLY.

A person can be both a Liberal and a Republican. It's rare but it happens. Witness Rudy for example.

A RINO is a person such a Chafee. Someone that evidences no loyalty to the Party that brought him to the table. THIS does not define brownback.
