But we did lose the PR war .. thanks to some in the media and the anti war people

And history is repeating itself ... why are we making the same mistake twice?  Declare a total media blackout.  I could care less what the libbies do, let them cry and scream into their cafe Lattes all they want about freedom of the press or whatever ... this is a war!  The more OUR media creates stories like this, the more angry the enemy gets and the harder and longer they will fight.

Declare a total media blackout.

Can't .. it will cause people to think the military is trying to hide something

I don't necessary have a problem with this being reported

My problem with the media is that, it is all the report on

Though some do .. Majority of the media/press ONLY report the bad things that happen

Ah, the 'they're in prison so they must be guilty' argument. I've no doubt that there are some reasonably unsavourary people at Guantanamo although, as I said previously, it is fairly obvious that no-one of any real terrorist standing has ever been anywhere near the place.

But the fact is we don't know what most of the people there were doing to get there. There's never been a situation where evidence can be presented. Some of them would have been engaged in fighting in Afghanistan (although that's pretty much all there's been to do in Afghanistan for the past few decades so that's hardly a suprise), some of them I'm sure where in the wrong place at the wrong time or offended the wrong people (most don't seem to have been directly captured by American forces at all). Some were nowhere near Afghanistan when detained.
