Saying the Feds are full of sh*t in this case , would be over simplification. The Fed's are just as aware as the rest of us are, that if the KKK was spotted owls it would be number one on the endangered species list. Yes number one and being a baby eating predator has never kept any other species from it's rightful place on that list.
