I'm the wrong chap to ask, m'friend. The dynamics of and interaction between weblogs is lost on me.

Just a thought, here: why not put the same question to, say, Powerline, or perhaps Belmont Club?

I wish their members would jump in the shredders too.

Thanks for providing the link. I have been there many times.

Everyone should scroll down, on the left under "Resources" click on "See how YOUR Senator or Representative ranks with the ACLU" for a great education. For instance, the illegal jr. senator from MA has a 100% rating with the ACLU. Pretty much says it all!

"This info does need to get to O'Reilly! He preaches about this stuff all the time, and he never mentions my site or Stop The ACLU.Org. But I swear he steals talking points from me."

Blogs, the internet are competition.

Maybe so, but someone asked him in an email he read what they could do to fight the ACLU, and he had no mention of stoptheaclu.org at all. I know that he got plenty of emails from people asking him to put Nedd from Stoptheaclu.org on his show as a guest.

Both of my Senators got a 20% rating from the American Communist Lawyers' Union. For me that's 20% too high.

And he won't put it up. He feels just as threatened by "the extremists" on the web as any liberal. He does just as much to discredit the blossoming blogs as anyone else. Bloggers threaten the control of information, which is traditionally their (MSM) domain.

When all is said and done, O'Reily IS just one of them.

Both of my Senators got a 20%...

WAY too high! One of mine was 11% and the other, the most Honorable Senator George Allen was 0%. woohoo! I was glad to see he did not rate well with the American Communist Liberation Unit, as I like to call them. They are just liberating the communist from the freedom of the USA. Unfortunately, the rest of us are being pulled down with them.

I am Sorry that I came into this thread so late.
I strongly feel that the following paragraph should be at the beginning of every ACLU thead:

Roger Baldwin, the co-founder of the ACLU said: “I am for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately, for abolishing the state itself. … I seek social ownership of property, the abolition of the properties class, and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. I don’t regret being part of the communist tactic. I knew what I was doing. I was not an innocent liberal. I wanted what the communists wanted and I traveled the United Front road to get it.” In spite of Baldwin’s Communist leanings, President Jimmy Carter awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom on January 16, 1981.

Baldwin didn’t create the ACLU in a vacuum, he had plenty of help. A group of Communist Party officials, fellow travelers, anarchists and radicals joined Baldwin to found the ACLU in 1920.

You are right Publius, however, by starting each thread with that statement, it would become a reason to bypass the thread. I agree that maybe it should be worked into threads in the body or at the post footer.

Thanks for your input

Thank you everyone for your support and input on this matter. We as a group cannot allow this to be swept aside by the MSM. Keep up on it. Write about it. The more we gripe the less they are able to ignore us. Shout it out loud and be heard.

I couldn't agree with you more and to prove it -
Roger Baldwin, the co-founder of the ACLU said: “I am for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately, for abolishing the state itself. … I seek social ownership of property, the abolition of the properties class, and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. I don’t regret being part of the communist tactic. I knew what I was doing. I was not an innocent liberal. I wanted what the communists wanted and I traveled the United Front road to get it.”

In spite of Baldwin’s Communist leanings,
President Jimmy Carter awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom on January 16, 1981.

...he had plenty of help...

Yes he did and continues via the lamestream media, the communist party, that is the demonRATS for the most part and the irreligious cults trying to taut their secularism as a valid religion (we believe in God, we have values, too)and lest we forget our "esteemed" college profs...I could go on all night!

Come to think of it - strike that last paragraph. It can be summed up in one word: DEMONRATS
