A police officer was charged with rape after he allegedly forced an intoxicated woman to perform oral sex on him while in uniform.

I'm a bit confused. Since when is making someone perform oral sex "rape"

I'm not condoning it, but I thought "rape" was forced sexual intercourse.

The title seems to be a bit misleading

Anybody know how the law reads?

OTOH, According to the Clinton's oral sex is not sex

I actually did think the same thing when I read the article. I am not sure about Mass Criminal Code however.
