I can't figure whether this is a stroke of genius or idiocy. In my warped political mind, I could manage to turn this into a Machiavellian moment.
BUT...with the hamfisted, Deaniac lunacy pervading the democrats, this should turn out to be the most entertaining fiasco yet.
It's a little disturbing too, because it's such warped behavior coming from alleged statesmen... that their constitutencies have been sold on them - or worse, select them willingly - is frightening. Kerry's been re-elected what, four times?
Yeah, I'm sure that Blair blabbed it to underlings, then proceeded to ally himself with W.
It all sounds like a cliched movie plot device.
If the Dems thought this had any legs, it seems to me that they would have chosen someone other than sKerry to present it to the Senate. It just looks bad coming from the defeated candidate for Prez. He comes off as a sore loser of the first order. Any lingering respect I had for him after his concession (and there isn't much left) will evaporate if JK goes through with this.
I'm trying to figure out why the rats are having Ketchup Boy carry the ball on this one knowing that it just looks like sour grapes.
I read an article today that said Dean won't be head of the DNC much longer because he's been unable to draw campaign contributions. Some want to donate but not while Dean is at the helm.
