Why? I'd love to see the US split off Germany from France. The SPD and their leftist partners have used anti-Americanism to deflect attention away from the chronic 10%+ unemployment rate in Germany that is largely due to their socialist policies. Fortunately the leftist parties can't get away with this indefinitely, because the German economy isn't getting any better. With the proposed EU constitution going down in flames, now is a good time to drive in a wooden stake.
Hmmm...I like the sound of that.
