The report is merely commonsense. To believe those who say no harm is done when same-sex parents raise children, commonsense must be abandoned. That's why the "experts" can say all they want about its harmlessness. They will never convince most people, because most people have commonsense.
You and I know that but the Spanish Senate is set to vote on same sex marriage (which obviously would put a government sanction on opening doors to homosexually "married" people being parents), so obviously there is a strong lobby twisting heads to buy this program.
