To avoid war, George Bush has just decided to let the enemy win.

I was walking along the beach near Mazatlan about 25 years ago and came upon what I thought at the time was a boy scout camp but was really a small mexican army camp.

By noontime sbout half were drunk and it was more like a bad comedy then an army.

Have to believe the narco trafficers would give more of a scrum.

Yup that the Bush Administration plan, do nothing and just let the country be overrun by criminals, terrorists and separists. Bush should be impeached on this issue. The issue will kill the GOP.

To avoid war, George Bush has just decided to let the enemy win.

Now ain't that the truth.

The Mexican and the U.S. administrations, each government for reasons of its own, are doing their utmost to dodge issues around the border-crossing epidemic from Mexico to the U.S. As politicians in Washington are trying to avoid coping with public opinion or evade voicing support...

Oddly, however, the border with the U.S. was a very low priority for Fox and his advisers.

What's odd about that? It's business as usual.

"To avoid war, George Bush has just decided to let the enemy win."

If you caught GW on Fox about a half hour ago, he was massaging Mexican/Central American egos. Several times he mentioned Mexican and Central American immigrants (the word, 'illegal' was noticeably absent), living happily in the US. One hemisphere, people traveling freely, living where they please...that's the sales pitch. He said this a couple of times, so even dumbbells would get it. (Hair standing up on the back of my neck.)

Evidently the cat's out of the bag, (somebody noticed more than 20 million illegals already in the US and blabbed), so the admin. is finally trotting out the PR blitz with the Happy Hemisphere scheme. One would think the American public would have to be asked if they liked the idea, considering the Constitution and US sovereignty , but I guess not. We'll see more of this, especially if both parties in Congress are working on border security bills.
