It depends on your system, Millee. If you have a typical Windows based system, you should be able to right-click on a picture and select properties. That will give you the web address where the picture lurks.
Just copy that web address into a picture posting statement, which goes like this... <img src=" ...something something... ">
It would look like this... <img src="http://pws.prserv.net/usinet.krswan/zot2.gif">
Which looks like this...
