This twisted, demented, deviant crap being forced on public school students is outrageous. One of the problems is it's well-hidden from parents. Southern Baptists should sue those responsible for promoting sinful behavior to our children. What a cesspool public schools have become!

I am particularly encouraged that the ruling was made by a FEDERAL judge and not a state judge.

The curriculum calls it a myth that homosexuality is a sin, asserting that the Bible contains only six passages that condemn homosexual behavior but numerous passages condemning heterosexual behavior.

Crap like this really irritates me. Just how many references are there to homosexual behaviour in the Bible is irrelevant. EVERY ONE OF THEM CONDEMNS HOMOSEXUALITY.

Heterosexual behaviour is adamantly condoned under the right circumstances, homosexual behaviour is NEVER condoned.

Abombination!

Homosexual Agenda PLUS Moral Absolutes Ping.

An excellent twofer. Wow, a judges rules that parents actually have some say-so about what is taught to kids. May this be the beginning of something huge.

Let me know if you want on/off either pinglist.

What amazes me is the Montgomery County Maryland is filled with Jews and yet it seems that it's still such a liberal place to live.

I guess these people are culturally Jewish and not religious.

Does anyone have any idea as to why Jewish people are perceived as being liberal and democrat yet in some cases very religious and into family values?

Public schools are very much dominated by the left—much more so than when I went to school (a public school).

We (mostly my wife) home school our kids, but I help out with a course or two. I am preparing to teach AP Government to our oldest child, and we have A-Beka as our curriculum, but as a second resource I purchased one of the popular Government textbooks used in public schools. The left-wing bias is much more than what I expected, and it starts on page 1. I am only through the first chapter, and I think I am going to use this book as a source of debate—i.e., take a left-wing statement from this book and have my child research and write a reasoned response.

Read or listen to Dennis Prager. He will give you much insight into the secular drift of the Jews. As with any other faith many Jews are not religious anymore and have adopted the secular agenda.

But seriously, if you don't read Dennis Prager's book, _Take a Second Look_ you'll be cheating yourself.

It is full of wisdom and I'm not Jewish, except by the Carpenter.

I think that is great! Use the Lefts' talking points as a springboard to knowledge, if only to learn to refute them.

Critical thinking is in short supply out there. Your efforts are commendable!

I remember the transition from "Civics" to "Government", and the change in title spoke volumes.

This is a victory for all servants of our Lord!
It isn't bad not to be mentioned, while the enemy is attacking us, you can covertly continue the work.

Happy to be "theologically flawed" from Satan's theology,
