Treaties are a two-way street, Mr. Fox. If you don't comply, you break the treaty. That's a good start, sir. Now on to the next one and any remaining treaties and we'll be free and clear of any entanglements with Mexico.

That will end the drug trade, border-jumping, foreign aid, and NAFTA. Not a bad trade-off

Go find another country to infiltrate and bleed to death. We'll use the trans-national highway for a drag strip.

I was sort of wondering when it became okay for a country to unilaterally change or "expand" the terms of a treaty.

Mexican jail would be a good place for him anyway. No cable, free college education, and sometimes no food.

Besides, if 60 years is the maximum penalty, then tell them we will only give him 60 years - one for each separate charge they can manage to bring against him.
