Not to rain on everyone's parade . . . but does it really matter who wins the honor to lose to Corzine in the general election?

I'm not cheering for Corzine by ANY means, but he's pretty popular, has good poll numbers, and could outspend all the GOP candidates if they all ran and combined their financial resources!

Hoping to rain on your parade my friend.

Corzine's alot more vulnerable than you think.

I think the sleeze from Trenton will catch up with the Dems, and I also think that the fact that Corzine spent SIXTY MILLION to buy a senate seat and then for him to turn around before his first term is done and buy the governorship will also strike people as a bit too much.

770 WABC reported insanely low turn-out during AM rush.

Go Bret!

That's exactly why you posted that comment. The alternative is to give up. Corzine outspent Bob Franks about $67 million to $6 million for the 2000 Senate race, and he only won by 4%.

Lest you think I am employing Dimocrat tactics, I of course meant my wife and I, both of us living non-felon registered voters, voting once each.

Honestly, I assure you I'm for whomever the GOP nominee is! However, I'm also a political realist. Corzine was an unproven politician in 2000. Since then, he's only become more well known and more popular among the masses, correct?

He's certainly better known, and also more popular. In fall 2001 he had a 35% approval rating, but mostly because he was such an unknown (24% dispproval). Corzine had 53% job approval in a recent poll, but only pulled 42-44% in head-to-head matchups with Schundler (24%) and Forrester (29%). Under 55% is considered vulnerable.

Another 1 vote for Bret here. Of course, with the electronic voting machines that they force us to use now, that may actually be 0.7 votes, or no vote, or int(rand(1.56)) votes, or...

Another vote for Bret here. My wife will be voting for Bret later today. I am trying to get my son to go and declare Republican so he can vote for Bret today as well, but uttering the R word might cause him to go into a catatonic state. Ah youth is wasted on the young.

It's called photoshop. You think that none of the other candidates employ similar techniques for setting up their print pieces?
