Well no kidding. If I could take several months off and still get paid most of my salary I would take that deal in a second. I really doubt however, that these guys would be spending most of that time with their kids.
Where do I sign up? I'd love to "live my fatherhood more intensely".....uh, that doesn't mean I have to wear a mannery gland does it?
