Has any parent who ever lost a child to drowning in a pool ever sued a pool manufacturer for wrongful death or murder?
Or to go one better, why not sue the municipal water supply company or the maker of the pump that provided the water for the pool. Water is an inherently dangerous product that can be fatal if inhaled and nothing is too absurd for the great American kleptocracy.
