Glad to hear the ticker's humming along, though! Were there some problems w/the surgery? My dad's heart surgeon told me, oh, a decade or so ago, that bypasses were becoming very nearly ''routine'' procedures. Of course, perhaps that was just surgeon's hubris.
Let me know how you tinker w/the recipe and if it turns out well. There really isn't any fat in it, bar what fat is still on the chicken. Which, naturally, you can reduce by using only boneless chicken breasts instead of whole cut-up.
After they cut you open like a shrimp, sometimes the nerves are exposed and continue to be raw (neuropathy). Sometimes I just move a certain way and it feels like a hot skewer is going through my sternum right out between my shoulder blades. Makes me gasps and generally frightens anyone around me. You really want to avoid this surgery. I wouldn't wish it even on Bill Clinton.
SAJ, I'll get back to you with the alterations after discussion with the central command.
