" Will it be the ACLU individually suing every conservative American until we finally agree to live out our lives as Godless, Socialist drones, or would it just be Brown Shirts and Thought Police?" No, it will be the individual that will vote out every GOP senator and congressman that will not address the problem of taxpayers funding ACLU lawyers. This is more of a threat then not using the nuclear option.

the individual that will vote out every GOP senator and congressman that will not address the problem of taxpayers funding ACLU lawyers I understand and agree with this sentiment, however, if we were to be successful in doing so, we would be left with only the Democratic party and their anti-American, liberal left-wing nut jobs in government...

Also, and this is just my opinion, the process is too slow, and concurrently with the process ('intimidation' through the vote) we need an intense PR campaign against the ACLU that will effectively educate the public about the dangers of the various socialist activist organizations (of which the ACLU is just one).

I don't understand why nobody with a few bucks hasn't challenged the courts about the ACLU's money extortion scheme.
If they had to pay their own way in their frivolous lawsuit cases, they wouldn't exist for long.
