Throughout history China has always been invaded by other people, rarely been the invader herself.
Shall we also argue about China-India War, Mischief Reef incident, Scarborough Shoal incident, Spartly territorial dispute, Daioyu island dispute, South China Sea Japan-China center line energy resource drilling dispute, and Okinotori island dispute? Shall we also discuss about the Chinese expansionist policy regarding the National Defense Development Strategy, and "Strategic border line" concept?

Those are all minor disputes.
Contrast all those things that you listed with the British empire in China during the 1800s and early 1900s, with the Japanese empire in China during the 1900s, with the expansion of Russia during the 1700s on, etc...Compared to other cultures, China has historically been the least expansionist.
