I can't believe it but I have to agree with Pappy here. (we have had some knock down debates on a few civil war threads - all cordial though, in the spirit of debate.) It's similar to cross burning. Perfectly legal if someone wants to burn a cross in a meadow somewhere. If, however, they burn it in the front yard of an African-American church it's considered a crime of intimidation.
Which completely ignores the fact that "Ethnics" are not involved here.
It is the religion, not ethnic heritage or skin color, that is worthy of contempt.
