If we are hit again, the left will shamelessly switch back to "Bush knew" mode, and also blame America for everything from Gitmo to slavery to who knows what else for "causing people to hate us."
They would rather see our own country go down in flames than see Bush victorious, some of them.
I paused before continuing. that's a helluva strong statmennt, and I know this is a "public" site. I believe there are of course those on the left who sincerely have another point of view. (There are others who clearly are not sincere, but have their own reasons.) But sincerity does noe equate with intelligence, or correctness.
These people are dangerous, when we're at war.
I think the public is on to them, though.
