Other than Grand Kleegle (or was that Beagle?) Robert Byrd, who taxes productive folks to build buildings, roads, and bridges in West Virginia, all named after him. Folks, of all races, who would otherwise provide jobs for the blacks in those neighborhoods.
Well at least we know where so many of our tax dollars have gone; drive around West Virginia and look for all the things named after Robert Byrd.
Byrd was a Ku Klux Klan Kleagle, and there's some telling quotes that I can't post here because they would pulled for extreme racism and I'd be banned, that's how bad Byrd has been. Follow the link and read the "Participation in the Ku Klux Klan" section. And that doesn't include his comments on TV within the last few years about "white n*****s". But he's the lead Democratic Senator, and that's also the party that still receives the majority of the black vote.
Everybody just politely overlooks everything about Byrd. The only former KKKer that tried to get into the GOP was disowned by everyone, and still the MSM tried to play David Duke's candidacy up to smear Republicans.
