Some were particularly angry about the Al Jazeera Arab-language news station, which had posted Mr. Durbin's Nazi comparison made in a Tuesday night floor speech.

Senator Durbin needs to be censured for his despicable attack against Americans who are defending our country against Islamist murderers. His was a clear attempt to inspire sympathy for people who would kill all of us if they could. What is the difference between Dick Durbin and Ward Churchill?

What is the difference between Dick Durbin's rhetoric and Osama bin Laden's rhetoric? Actually, I can't even recall bin Laden calling American soldiers nazis. This man must be impeached or forced to resign if he thinks US soldiers are so evil. I don't want him having anything to do with how this country is run or the war is fought.

Well, to start with, Dick Durbin isn't Native American...

Oh? Neither is Ward Churchill?

I can tell you what they have in common... They both belong to a minority, the liberal minority.

"Angry"

That is what "Chicken Liver" Republicrats feel when one of their fellow Rats on the other side of the isle commits a treasonous act.

The Republicrats ought to be calling for that Dick Durbin's resignation. He has given aid and comfort to the enemy.

Are there no Democrats willing to chastise him? No Democrat asking for an apology?

Dick Durbin is one of the Taliban and Al Quida representatives in the Bob and Billie Club (formerly known as the U.S. Senate).

In colonial times, this traitor would be HUNG, DRAWN and QUARTERED! That would be a fitting response to his Hate the United States Attitude.

He blamed the "right-wing media" for the flap, and read his words from Tuesday's Congressional Record to show its "context." He said the real issue was Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld permitting rough interrogation techniques in the war on terror.

Yea, a little back pedaling going on here.

The Nazi's, Stalin, Pol Pot employed "rough interrogation" methods as they slaughtered MILLIONS of INNOCENT people simply based on who or what they believed as compared to TERRORIST who stated objective is to kill Americans.

The SOB Durbin should be impeached

Have you ppl not learned that whatever a dem says these days is totally irrelevant and just designed to reflect their DO-NOTHING agenda? It's comments like what Durbin makes that controls the direction of issues because he's trying to elicit responses to something HE even knows is B.S. What are we talking about?????? It's surely not the accomplishments of the US military in Iraq!! Remember, this is ALL the dems and the MSM got, nothing else, and as usual it's total B.S.!

Take a lesson from Bush, basically ignor it, and let the dumbasses destroy their party!

Just basically ignor the friggin idiot, the same as you would some schmuck off the street whose pissin' themselves!

Yes, Karl Rove made him say those things.

I don't want an apology from Durbin, but he definitely needs to apoligize to our men and women in the armed forces. The sooner the better

Just saw a snipit of the POS's speech saying he was only repeating an FBI report. Bullshit! He and the libs are being quoted in Al Jazeera and putting our troops in un-called-for peril. He and the rest of the libs should be censored and that POS should apologize and then resign or impeached for treason!

REPUBS should offer to send Durbin and Bagdad Bob McDermott on a road show across the US. If a few more people could hear their indictments of the brave sons and daughters of our many citizens, the RATS cold really enter third part status in this country.

Have you ever wondered why the democrats have been losing ground to the republicans? It's because of nitwits like Durban.

Durban needs to suffer the same sadness as Daschle. He is a disgrace to the nation, the senate, the democrats, and the state of Illinois.
