It's what you call Lock-Step republicans, just as bad as lock-step democrats. It wouldn't matter if they are sending us to the edge of the abyss, they'd vote republican no matter what. I've lurked here for years, through Clinton and Bush. You could have smelled blood for every small thing clinton did, but when bush does things over and over again, not a peep.
