The Washington State Highway Patrol has proudly let be known that they have a quota of tickets that they must give out daily for seatbelt violations.
Hmmm...seatbelt laws. Over a hundred bucks all said and done (court costs,etc) for not wearing my belt ..ah all for my safety. But now , in this state,PA , I don't need a motorcycle helmet (they got sued too many times for making people wear it!),but got to wear that belt! Nah, it's not about the money...
