The queen must answer for what she did to Juanita Broaddrick. Buy the book.
Agree. Get it out in the open. There's no shot or cure for Clintonism anyway.
More information in `89, `90 and `91 on Slick's `character' might have saved a lot of--warning: extreme euphemism/understatement to follow--
"hard feelings".
Is what he writes true? She's a public figure. The truth will out.

SOON to be #1.
Drudge is running a story right now about the photo of BJ Clinton supposedly mouth kissing a brunette in a baseball cap. This is the photo that in all of the publicity material for the book appears with the allegations that BJ is having an affair with a "stunning" brunette divorcee in Chappaqua. Turns out that the photo was taken at a Kerry campaign rally in Philadelphia, and the woman was one of a number of women in a large crowd who greeted BJ and kissed him on the cheek. The reply from the author and publisher is that nobody ever claimed this was an actual picture of BJ's actual new girlfriend. That strikes me as pretty lame, and frankly this gets my BS Meter twtitching about the whole book ("Falsus in Unum, Falsus in Omnia").

Sorry if I burst your bubble, but I am not the first on this forum to express skepticism about this book. When things look too good to be true, they usually are.
bought my copy at lunch today. Have read a few chapters already. Reads easy, like a good story. Well footnoted and endnoted, but quite a few anonomous sources.
Here's hoping the book proves credible. The author sounds credible.
I don't like him stating with just one source that Chelsea was conceived by rape. That is too low and does not allow me to take this book or Klein seriously.
I absolutely agree with you. Premature, gossipy, Kitty Kelly stuff, if what I read is to be believed.
Interesting coincidence: Amazon's number one and number two books are both about witches.
After reading the following review by Tony Blankley (Washington Times), I ordered several copies of the book for family and Hillary(Chomsky)-loving colleagues!
INSIDE HILLARY'S MIND
By Tony Blankley
June 22, 2005
About once a year I review a book in this column that ought to be required reading for people who care about politics. Edward Klein's "The Truth About Hillary" is such a book. The pre-publication leak about the book that Bill Clinton had allegedly talked about raping his wife was off-putting for me. I don't usually waste my time reading salacious scandal books from the left or the right. But I was advised to take a look at this book, which I read last weekend.
It was worth my time. This is not a scandal book intended merely to gratify the reader's salacious interests. Instead, Mr. Klein has written a serious political and psychological biography of the most likely next Democratic nominee for president and thus, quite plausibly I fear, the next president of the United States.
Although this is a heavily researched book that includes amongst its sources almost 100 people who are or were personally close Mrs. Clinton, this is not a peek through a keyhole. Instead, it is a peek and more than a peek into the mind of Hillary. And, whether you like or hate Hillary, the inside of her mind is a fascinating place in which to rove about. Hillary haters will certainly find further evidence to support their sentiment.

The book is a bunch of BS, and will probably end up helping Hillary, unfortunately.
Gotcha. Peggy Noonan has been critical of Klein's book. Have to read her article in Opinion Journal.
