Not that I have seen so far.
Only one of consequence I know of --- Tom McClintok here in California stood up and called it exactly what it is -- A MAJOR SOCIALIST POWER GRAB and attack on our Constitution. Constitutional conservatives MUST FIGHT this judicial tyranny.

It's about time we conservatives figured out how to win these cases---the environmental "takings" cases too---by ditching the "pristing private property rights" arguments and arguing that private property holders DO DEVELOP LANDS BETTER AND FASTER than cities or government. In this case, specifically, they should have shown that such malls (we have one in Cincinnati that is a disaster) do NOT produce the expected revenue and therefore it IS in the "public interest" to leave the private individuals in charge of their lands.

State senator from CA, already is planning to have an amendment to the CA Consitiution protecting private citizens property from local government takeover.

It is not just the adminstration, but more importantly, THE CONGRESS. Washington no longer works FOR THE PEOPLE (remember that old, cliche saying," a government for and by the people")-- yes, it is just not hip anymore. Washington is far more concerned about their life-long, taxpayer-funded careers in Washington, as opposed to running America, and protecting our beloved Constitution. The Repubs are more interested in the latest model of the "MSM protection vest" and the Socialists cannot put down their latest copy of the Communist Manifesto, so not much is getting done FOR THE PEOPLE these days...
No wonder they don't want us to have any 2nd amendment rights.
Maybe what needs to happen is some high profile government confiscation of private property in support of this decision. The Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port might be a good start or the homes of the justices that voted for this ruling.
But they'll sucker us into voting for them. Faced with the spectre of Shrillary, we'll all vote for the GOP like suckers. What else can we do? Work hard in the primaries, deal with the disappointing mediocrity of the nominee, and hold your nose on election day.
