A more environmentally friendly energy policy will help fight terrorism? If it means giving up my RV, if it means being forced to by a Toyota Prius, if it means buying shorts with more elastic in the crotch (to endure the massive bend-overs that would surely accompany a liberal approach to fighting Arab terrorism), it may just turn out that I'll be forced to become a terrorist--to the left.

It is interesting what you find when you image search the phrase "liberalism is a mental disease".

Who or what is a Kristen Bratwurst?
A 9-11 widow, who is MSNBC’s favorite 'victim'.

Whenever the networks need some real Bush hating poison, they call on her and she never disappoints.

She is a venomous phony. Uses her victim status to deliver Democratic party talking points.

Last year all the networks had her on condemning the President for politicizing 9-11, because there was a 3 sec shot of the twin towers in the background of one of his ads.
She spent the last three weeks of the campaign touring with John Kerry and his Band of Brothers, spewing DNC/MIchael Moorelies, about as hypocritical as you can get.

Oh, yes... I understand now... If only we had only knuckled under to the great force that is Islam, we would never have had to with this justifiable attack on us.

Is this woman fitted out for her Hijab yet?

Exactly. Reading through the comments on Huffington the rule was "don't disagree with her, her husband was killed on 9/11." I am truly sorry for her loss but she is guilty of the same exploitation that she accuses Reps of.

Next item on the agenda will be to send Stewart Smalley to Gitmo - all they need is self-esteem. :)
The only diplomatic agreement that will satisfy Islamic terrorists is one the requires America to be destroyed or to become an Islamic-governed people like themselves. ACLU fighting for polygamy just one more step to a burkha.

It has always been America's policy that you only place soldiers' lives in harm's way when it is absolutely necessary and the absolute last resort.

It has also been American's policy since 1998 --a policy set, Kristen, by your hero Bill Clinton-- that we stand for regime change in Iraq.

What kills me about these people is their "you don't have a plan" ya-ya. How do they know, are they a fly on the wall in the Pentagon? For all they know OBL's sittin in a hole at Gitmo. Do they expect Defense to issue full-color manuals of the play-by-play before going to war followed by daily updates? I don't think so - I think they just grab what whatever's handy to throw, trying to get back in the driver's seat.

Imagine what sort of alternative energy resources (bio-diesel, wind power, solar power, and hybrid automobiles) could have been researched and funded in the past three years.

I get so tired of this. It's not the government's responsibility to research alternative forms of fuel and no one is stopping any private research from going on. Why doesn't Kristen use some of her millions that she got from the government for being a 9/11 family and do her own research or donate to someone who is?

Finally Karl, please “understand” that the reason we have not suffered a repeat attack on our homeland is because Bin Laden no longer needs to attack us. Those of us with a pure and comprehensive “understanding of 9/11” know that Bin Laden committed the 9/11 attacks so he could increase recruitment for al Qaeda and increase worldwide hatred of America. That didn't happen. Because after 9/11, the world united with Americans and al Qaeda's recruitment levels never increased.

It was only after your invasion of Iraq, that Bin Laden's goals were met. Because of your war in Iraq two things happened that helped Bin Laden and the terrorists: al Qaeda recruitment soared and the United States is now alienated from and hated by the rest of the world.

Ok so Bin Laden is increasing his recruitment of Al Queda so he will no longer will attack us because the U.S. invading a country that had nothing to do with terrorism or 9/11?

Good to know that she used her husbands bereavement money on some really good pot!

Now Ms. Breitweiser...so Kristen...more to the point, Kristen...for the record, Kristen...finally, Kristen...why should we care what you, a golddigging, attention addicted, useful idiot ghoul girl have to say about anything? (Apparently you've been taking speechmaking lessons from Hillary. Still needs polish and a few 'you knows', though.)

One month after 9/11, we invaded Afghanistan, took down the Taliban, and left without capturing Usama Bin Laden - the alleged perpetrator of the September 11th attacks.

Stopped reading after that.
