As Christians we are suppose to forgive others if we wish to be forgiven.
True enough, but there's a lot more going on here than Billy's opinion of the Clintons. In the first place, the Clintons haven't repented. They still advocate abortion on demand. When Billy Graham jokes about Hillary running the country, he might as well be making a dead baby joke.
The truth is that Billy Graham gave up on the historic Christian faith years ago. He sold out for bigger stadiums and a seeker-friendly message that would pull people back to church without changing their lives. The "reverend" Graham is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

There is tons of follow up on everyone that makes a profession of faith at the crusades.
I truly believe that Billy Graham is not your average televangelist. I will make the excuse that he is naive, old and sick and need to retire.
