This is temporary during the Natalee Halloway case in Aruba. Actually, Greta is doing a great job down there. I personally can't stand her either, but the shows are quite well done from Aruba. She has had several exclusive interviews, and CNN is spying on her trying to follow her around for their stories. Too funny! Poor CNN...
Along the lines of what you are saying....if I am interested in a story (Jessica Lunsford, Natalee Hollaway) Greta is a favorite of mine.
The case of Natalee Hollaway is up her alley. As a criminal defense lawyer, she has more insight than the average Joe when asking questions. And although she has been up front regarding her admiration for Natalee's Mom, she is not touchy, feely like Geraldo was last night. (Barf, barf, empty the bag and Barf some more!)
But when I am sick of a story (MJ or Scott Petersen) I avoid her at all costs. All Scott all the time.
The CNN angle is priceless! I loved the "Guess they wish they kept you" remark I heard last week. Brian Wilson or Tony Snow said it, I think.
