What is the origin of that pic?
Air Quagmire
I'm in the Minneapolis-St Paul area.
If everything holds up as planned, you'll definitely be seeing your fair share of wind and rain within the next 12 hours.
You have the Wisconsin DNR looking out for you .
Lot of 'air stagnation' tonight on ABC, CBS and NBCNews. High 'stink factor' alert for MSNBC and CNN till midnight.
I'm afraid to ask for rain, you know! ...we're a bit flood-prone, if you haven't see the pictures.
We've had about 0.4" which is about a tenth what we should have. Grass is as brown as hay and it's been HOT...
>>>We've had .06" rain for June so far.
Places up here got as much as a foot over the weekend. My particular area is expecting 1 to 2 inches overnight...
>>>What part of IA are you in?
Mason City area. Frankiln Co (Hampton area) got even more than we did over the weekend...
Well I'm in Houston, but if you could send some of that rain our way we would be mighty grateful.
