St. Louis ranked at the top of the nations crime list 2 years ago and they're worried about smoking in public places? It is really about raising some revenue - when was the last time a cigarette made a hole like a bullet? Nuts! Tax Beer for a change.
Same thing happpening in Milwaukee-- article was in last Sunday's paper. Ironic isn't it????
Same paper--Milwaukee , Journal /Sentinel, had an article about a news story from 1940 or so, where a small boy just had a penchant for smoking pipes. ( even showed his picture etc.) Well, guess what???? -they located him today, and he is alive , kicking , and got a real kick out of the picture of him in the paper.
