There was a case a couple of years ago where the cops busted a minor for possession and then turned him into an undercover informant without his parents knowledge. I don't think they ever found all the body parts.

FYI: Easton & Redding are adjacent towns. Barlow School located in Redding and used/supported/run by both towns. Article does not mention if the students were minors.
