As worthless an individual as Bill Clinton is/was... Jimmy Carter was our nations worst president.
So many of our current problems in the middle east were CREATED by this 'wannabe' southern preacher. His indeciveness and self-guilt made America a 'paper-tiger'... and his party carries on with his tradition.
