I'm glad to see O'Connor go...she was the weakest link in terms of intellect, as far as I could see. I hope it will be Miguel Estrada, but I trust the Prez to do the right thing.

I'm glad to see O'Connor go... I liked her dissent in the Kelo case, though. I wish one of the 5 who ruled in favor of New London was the one to step down.
