Ross Perot handed the '92 and '96 elections to KKKlintoon.
I would not pee on him if he was on fire.

I'd disagree with that. George H. W. Bush lost the 92 election in the debate where he kept looking at his watch. Perot didn't help matters any, but Bush ran an awful campaign.
96 we didn't have too many choices. Clinton had a growing economy to keep him in office, and the Dole/Kemp ticket was uninspiring.
Perot made both election cycles interesting, but the Repubs lost it because of mistakes they made. Nobody handed anything to Clinton.

The GOP lost '96 by running DOLE

the all-so-wise Republican party handed the White House to Clinton in '92 and again in '96. Perot just took the time to illuminate the weakness in the GOP's foundation.
Limbaugh was "Surprised!!!" when Perot endorsed Bush in the 2000 election. I was not.
Dole was pounded by Clinton in '92 --- and it wasn't because of Perot - it was because the GOP felt that it was Doles turn to make the run for the White House.....Dole is a fine man, but he wasn't up to the challenge because the GOP standing behind Dole wasn't up for the challenge.
