If you read the other articles about Duncan, it appears that he assaults/molests little boys.
If he murdered the mother and others just to abduct these kids...surely THAT, on top of the Jessica Lundsford case, will finally convince this country that we need a 1-strike-and-you're-out law for molesting any child under 18...no exceptions.
