I've listened to Jayanna many times. On the radio she comes across as an excellent journalist documenting most moves. She worked with the FBI and really did her homework. I think she is the real McCoy.

Lindsey Graham actually voiced positive thoughts about President Bush gaining reelection of the platform of sending up conservative judges.

He must have heard from more than a few of his constituents recently.

True enough, but Gore won the popular vote in 2000.

I wasn't...and won't... discuss Gore's attempt to steal an election.

My original comments were about incumbents....and Bush, not Clinton, won a majority.

But Kerry lost in case you missed it, and no one talk about the record of the loser except the losers themselves. History will record that President Bush won re-election in 2004 with the largest number of votes ever cast for a President, and in every future election we will see whether this amazing election record held by President Bush in 2004 will be broken or not.

I didn't miss it. I hope I contributed something to GWB's victory. I gave a significant amount of money to the GOP and the SBVFT; I wrote letters and emails of support to newspapers, talk show hosts, and Congress; and I was a GOP poll watcher for 12 hours on election day.

Speaking of History. I am not one of those who gloats about what a great victory it was. I was surprised and disappointed how close the election really was. We had an incumbent wartime President going against the most liberal Senator from the most liberal state in the country. Kerry was uncharismatic with an undistinguished legislative record; had the baggage of belonging to a radical antiwar group, which talked about assassinating US officials; testified before Congress that Vietnam veterans (like myself) were war criminals and drug addicts; had a phony war record and bugged out after four months in country using unearned PHs, which were self-inflicted; and a rich, kooky wife who would have made a terrible first lady. Despite all of this Kerry received 251 electoral votes and garnered 8 million more votes than Gore and the second most in history.

Bush's increased his vote total by 12 million from 2000. I suspect that his record will be broken in the not too distant future simply as a matter of demographics. Presuming Hillary runs in 2008, there will be a huge turnout on both sides. Reagan's 54 million in 1984 was far more impressive than Bush's 62 million.

Remember that 2004 was the most important election in generations and we won. The left used all the power they have obtained for the last one hundred year to defeat President Bush, but at the end they were utterly defeated.

Sorry, but the Left is alive and well. We will have our work cut out for us in 2008 to hold on to the WH. I think that 2008 will be the current Dem Party's last stand. If they lose this one, the party must change its basic tenets and strategy.

PS: Eventually you will be found as a troll and you will be be banned

LOL. I guess if you disagree with jveritas, you get banned. I don't have to prove my bona fides to you. Facts are stubborn things.

Anothere episode of PETER PAUL AND HILLARY will be up in a few days. We are busily working on the documentary film. Hillary still faces Peter in the civil trial where she will be under oath. That should prove interesting.

Rush is on delay on WBAP - doesn't start til 1:00. Mark is currently on 9-12, I think. I have rarely listened, because I have to be in my car, and closer to Dallas.

I heard Hatch on H & C say that very thing. He suggested to Slick Willie that he thought he could Ginsberg confirmed by the Senate if he nominated her. Bill said I will look in to it. The rest is history.

...Senator Frist is still in charge. I look for and pray for a serious smackdown of McCain this summer, if he tries to go mano a mano with Frist.

You are declaring Frist to be a man? History does not support your claim. Frist is Trent Lott with a stethoscope.

To the best of my recollection, Susanne M. has been on cnn for at least a couple of years as a reporterette, but she must be moving up since she filled in for Wolfie today (either that or everyone else took the day off and she was all that was left).

We hope that the film will debut in October at the LIBERTY FILM FESTIVAL. There is a very good shot that Hillary will be under oath in a deposition later this year.

The responsibilty for reporting Peter's $1.9 in-kind contribution belongs to the treasurer of the campaign. That would be Andrew Grossman. The candidate does not have a problem unless the candidate had knowledge of what was going on. There is plenty of evidence that Hillary knew all about what was going on.

Congrats Doug. Great job.
I'm sure you will keep everyone here apprised of what is coming up and when. I know it's a lot of hard laborious work you are doing, best of luck.

Gary Mauro (D-TX - ran for gov and lost - has held state office) was just on Fox, spouting that W needs to take control and appoint who he wants, not who his extreme right wing wants. That W needs to be in control, like when he was gov of TX. He was saying Alberto would be good.

I hope Tony is right. He said on Friday that W would not appoint him.

For the record, UH, I just heard Hatch say that he told Clinton that Bruce Babbit's SC nomination would get ugly, even though he'd probably be confirmed. Hatch also said Breyer and Ginsburg would be relatively smooth sailing.

Hatch did not recommend any of the three...he just let Clinton know which would be smooth and which wouldn't.

Graham heard from this freeper.

Asked if he was suggesting the people in his state approved of cutting and running.

Told his office I considered his comments a slander on the state.

That we didn't approve of cutting and running in Somalia and don't want that for Iraq.
