Just got back from store and saw this post...
When I had my jaw wired shut, I lived on chocolate malts, which I had given up, because of the calories...
But, I loved everyone and still lost about 25 pounds..
although, I wouldn't recommend having your jaw broken!
I'll try to follow that recommendation ;)
