We badly need nuclear power plants to be built, to reduce our dependency on the oil ticks. I hope something happens soon on the fusion front.

If India would build oil pipelines from Central Asian countries into the ports of India, and export oil to the US, that would benefit both India and US. It will also steal some of the oil resource that would have been sold to China.
