I am not as well-versed in this story as many of you, but isn't this the Grand Jury that is also going after the leak that led to that Islamic group being tipped off about a raid on their offices, right after 9/11?

I seem to remember that when this Grand Jury was convened that little tid-bit was also included in Fitzgerald's investigation, and I wondered if there weren't some other things discovered that had nothing to do with the Plame/Wilson affair but were actually more important.

Patrick Fitzgerald is conducting a grand jury inquiry into the matter of reporters at the New York Times---specifically Philip Shenon and Judith Miller---tipping off Islamic charities about imminent raids. He's looking at who in the government leaked this classified information as well as the reporters' roles in speaking to the charities.

Although he's the same prosecutor, I'm not sure it's the same grand jury panel. It's always reported as separate investigations...
