I didn't know Tony spent time and taught in Africa. Interesting commentary he's doing about what the President told the Euro's yesterday. Told them to stop overcharging the Africans for the food the Euro's import there. Stop ripping Africa off.

Tony says democracy is the answer to Africa. Yup, long way off I'm afraid, but one step and a time...

Oh yes, a very long way off, but nothing is impossible. Look at this cute picture I found of the President:

I don't get this. How can a person light a child on fire after raping him and then walk the same streets like normal people?? There is no cure for people like that.

Medved was reading off this sick F*&%'s rap sheet yesterday....

I can't think of any reason this killer/molester should breathing right now.

And why should we just keep the in jail for the rest of their lives?

The consensus is that they CAN'T be rehabilitated so why are they allowed to live?

Tony talking to Congresman Foley about the serial child predators. Foley says the current program doesn't work, it's an honor system trying to get the perps to check in with LE after they've been released into a community and the perps don't want a thing to do with the police, try to evade them.

Says 90% convicted child molesters are repeat offenders. Says we've made child molestation and rape decriminalized in this country.

My word: I think we should take a lesson from prison inmates themselves on this issue. They won't tolerate child sexual offenders, those perps have to locked up separately.

Foley wants to track them better, via permanent ankle bracelets. Eh, I don't know....ankle bracelets can be removed.

Tony asks about implantable device, Foley concurrs this wouuld be preferable, says ONSTAR can find your car if needed, we track library books better than sexual predators.

I'd support implants more than ankle bracelets.

They are bringing up the prospect of implanting tracking devices in these monsters. I'm for that. Heck, if we can require it in animals adopted out of a shelter then we can do it out of these sickos.

The only real cure is implanting these monsters in the ground.

I like that idea, but it would never happen.

Tony going to ask Foley who in congress is opposed to his bill to impose harder penalties on these criminals.

Lets see. Hmm... who in the world might possibly want to oppose this, who might see a political advantage to keeping sick sexual perps as free as possible? Who doesn't give a rip about America's children although they constantly tout themselves and their socialist programs as "for the children"?

Hmmm....(/dripping sarcasm)

Good question. They do it every time and accomplish nothing except media exposure and costing the location $$$$. I love the media exposure of your picture - thanks.

The ACLU said they didn't want people on probation to wear the ankle bracelet. Foley says it's when they break probation when they would be required to wear the permanent bracelet.

Also the Man/Boy organization. Ick.

It's sad that he feels like he has to say that this is not knee jerk reaction. Like people are going to be upset about the legislation. Thank God they are doing it!
