The Schiavo Autopsy Results: Terri Dailies July 6
Accuracy in Media-Media Monitor ^ | July 6, 2005 | Cliff Kincaid

Several bloggers have drawn attention to a strange lead in a Washington Post story about the Terri Schiavo autopsy results. The June 16 Post story by David Brown said that "Terri Schiavo died of the effects of a profound and prolonged lack of oxygen to her brain on a day in 1990, but what caused that event isn't known and may never be, the physician who performed her autopsy said…"

How about the old standard, deliberate intent through good old fashioned foul play?

It was murder. Plain and simple. Done by Judge and Sheriff at behest of Judge and Husband -- but murder nonetheless.

That's one of those fine conspiracy theories right there. Nothing to support your allegations, except more innuendo. No charges of wrongdoing by any government official against Schiavo but you know

A) it was murder and
B) the judge and the sheriff were involved

But as I said before, innuendoes are as good as facts apparently.

Every Terri thread deserves a picture of her sweet face.

Look at that smile

With the facts in broad daylight in front of us all, you deny them.

Terri was murdered. She was forcibly starved to death, forced to die of thirst.

You don't want fact, you don't want truth. You want denial and excuses. That hunger -- for denial and excuses -- you have can never be satisfied.

Yep, she fell so hard on a hard floor that the thud woke HINO up from a sound sleep but she had no bruises on her face or a broken nose even though she had fallen face down according to the HINO! Your theory seems amazingly precise and accurate.Maybe she was moved to that location from her bed and pillow?

Why don't you trust the ME? His credibility has not been questioned, not by anybody on the case.

Thanks, that and the one on the cover of Mark Furman's book are the ones I remember best.

How about the pillow itself as a possible murder weapon?

You know, billbears, it is not a laughing matter when you consider what happened to Terri could very easily happen to you.

Do you want someone else making the decision of whether you should live or die, based completely on hearsay?

I didn't think so.

Gosh, pillows have been used before in the act of suffocating someone haven't they? Could the HINO have done a terrible horrific act like That?, after all he said he was starving and dehydrating her to death because he Loved her so much fifteen years later after spending a half million plus in legal fees to get court approval to carry out his Act of Love.

Let's face facts: Michael the HINO loved Terri as much as I love Karla Homolka.

She was in the situation she was in because Michael put her there. That's the way I see it, and that's what I'm sticking to.

Do you see me laughing? So many 'compassionate conservatives' willing to do anything and everything no matter how constitutional to get their way? Frankly it's frightening as hell.

Do you want someone else making the decision of whether you should live or die, based completely on hearsay?

Nope, which is why I have a living will. I don't want any ghouls getting their hands on me to forward their agenda of life at all costs, even if I'm braindead. I've told my family to give me a respectable time (which is set forth in my living will) then shut off the lights and go out to live their lives

Terri was murdered.

Then have someone charged with this 'murder' if that's what you believe it is. Murder is against the law. Otherwise drop the hyperbole and quit throwing the word around

You don't want fact, you don't want truth.

No, what I want is for people to shut up about it once and for all. I request some factual information and I get the 'judge and sheriff were in on it' as a response. Please elaborate. Tell me who was working where, who knew who, and how they're all connected. Then I'm sure you'll be able to provide evidence of wrongdoing by these connected parties (transcripts, confessions, etc.) to back up your claim of murder.

Please tell me most of your argument isn't based on distraught parents, channeling of a brain dead woman (God rest her soul), a nurse bearing false witness, 'stories' about the patient's husband, tape clips, Scientology, and a 'Nobel Prize nominee' quack

I am surprised you would take that tack when it comes to life/death issues.

Well, Terri had no living will, and she was not braindead. What we have is hearsay and an effort by Michael (according to the testimony of two different nurses) to withhold even the most basic care for Terri. You may think that's fine, exacerbating one's medical condition by keeping them from even having their teeth brushed, but perhaps that's because it's not you, and why should you worry because you have a living will?

Does someone have a link to anything that has the emergancy room report on Terri? I have searched to no avail and I know I read it somewhere.

That's exactly what their argument is based on. Oh, change that to "lying 'Nobel Prize nominee' quack"

Yes, I'll definitely be buying it. It looks fascinating. I hope what he did for the Martha Moxley case will hold true here too.

So let me understand you. You believe that the citizen cannot approach any higher court than their state supreme court for redress?

When it comes to maintaining a Republic based on federalism versus doing something that may make us feel good but have long reaching consequences that may not be completely as altrustic, I have to side with the Constitution
