WHEREAS the defendant has recklessly laughed at a joke, and,
WHEREAS the plaintiff has been severely and irreparably
harmed by the laughter aboved described, and,
WHEREAS the laws of the State of Confusion allow for 
relief of said harm, and the consideration to make the 
plaintiff whole,
THEREFORE the plaintiff comes before the court to pray for 
relief and the consideration to be made whole:

1) That the defendant be permanently enjoined from 
laughing at the joke on this thread,

2) That the defendant make restitution to the plaintiff in 
the form of $2,000.00 US currency,

3) That the defendant stand on his head, smear himself 
with orange marmalade, swing a ferret by the tail with one 
hand and warble "oooo WWWEEEE oooo WWWWEEEE oooo" for 
three hours.
