As I recall, Hillary jumped all over Bush in '01 demanding more cash immediately after he'd allocated a huge sum of money to NYC for disaster relief following 9/11.
Hillary will do just about anything to be the center of attention, especially when it comes to feathering her nest for a presidential run.
