Notice Christianity isn't even in the running?
That's why, if you want to attack the cities that harbor Islamofascist terrorists, you'll have to include London, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and Washington, DC. Because psychologically, the West has given up on itself. We've thrown our faith, our history and our heritage down the memory hole. And we've aborted a big bloody chunk of our next generation. See? No past, no future.
Do your kids believe in anything above their own impulses and appetites? Do they bow before the Creaor of Heavenand Earth? The human soul, you see, was designed to bow before that which is supremely great, and to serve Him who is supremely good. If you don't do this, your life feels shallow and pointless. And when you do find your relationship with the Almighty, you feel life is worth living. Obscure the face of Christ or ban Him from your schools, your courts, your public square --- and prepare a generarion who will lay down their lives for Allah.
Our children are spiritually and culturally deracinated because they were being raised by a godless Unholy Trinity: the TV, the Mall, and the Public School.
And --- remember what Jesus said about the empty, swept-out soul? ---radical Islam is simply flowing into the vacuum.
Very good way of putting it. And Islam is demonic (since that was what took over the swept-out soul in the parable).
One of our biggest problems is that Christianity - official Christianity, at least - refuses to say that there is a right religion and a wrong religion. By your fruits you shall know them, and the fruits of Islam are evil; what more evidence do we need?
But until Christians stand up, call Islam by its name (a diabolical lie), and present Christ as the truth and the true reponse to eternal questions, we can't blame people for ignoring Christianity. The early martyrs certainly had no hesitation about calling Roman polytheistic emperor-worship the lie that it was, and even the Church once upon a time used to call Islam by its rightful name, many centuries ago. We've got to start doing that again.
That certainly doesn't mean we have to hunt Muslims down and attack them personally. But we have to be honest about what their evil "religion" really is. If they think it's not, it's up to them to prove it. They could stop the bombings and killings, as a start...
I've heard a perfect illustration put this way. If you were from another planet and had no prior knowledge of Earth and it's history and were dropped on Europe these days. You would think there are two religions practiced in Europe: Wicca and Islam. You would be hard pressed to believe Europe is a nomally Christian continent like most love to believe.
