"Oh BOO HOO!...We have over a MILLION abortions a year and we are upset over an ADULT???...Give me a break!" I find that some human possibilities, like compassion and zeal for justice, are not strictly divisible. Having compassion for one person does not decrease the "amount" of compassion available for all; in fact, it tends to increase it. Likewise having a zeal for justice for one person, opens up the channels of justice for others, too.
Try this. It works.

The snake was the first symbol of America. A symbol designed and published by Ben Franklin, for a snake -- being in parts it would die, all parts were needed all joined if any were to survive.
Likewise Moses was directed to make a copper snake on a pole in order to cure the Israelites of a plague that sweeping through the assembled tribes.

Very nice.
Love seems to have its own arithmetic. The faster you give it away, the more it multiplies.
